"Without Marissa's exceptional organization and assistance this trip would not have been possible. From the first moment we contacted her about our desire to go to Italy she was right there for us. She took into consideration our age and health limitations. She had everything organized to suit us perfectly. Every last detail was considered. Which made the challenging nature of what we wanted to do much easier...especially because Bob and I are not experienced travelers and had never been overseas. She even arranged for an all-day tour of a town that my ancestors were from and had thoroughly researched the addresses of relatives with descriptions and pictures of the streets so we could locate all of the important sights there. That was way more than I could ever have dreamed of.
